The Service Coordinator serves as the single point of contact in assisting families in gaining access to available services in the community and in obtaining information on available funding sources to help in meeting the needs of the children. We provide a parent education, evidence-based program whose goal is to give strategies to the child's caregiver based on the child's and family's needs during routine activities.

Easterseals Florida is looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Substitute Disability Services Trainer in our Palm Bay location to provide training and instruction to adults with disabilities in the areas of production work including community inclusion, job training, vocational skill acquisition, daily living skills, life-enrichment activities and other skills needed to develop independence, work and self-advocacy skills. Program participants perform various service contracts, which enable them to develop natural supports and perform valued social roles. The Substitute Disability Services Trainer will ensure that program participants' vocational goals are attained, reported and tracked in accordance with their individual program plans. Easterseals Florida is seeking a dynamic individual for our Behavioral Therapy Program Manager position in Orange County Florida. The Program will serve children, youth, and young adults (up to age 22) with autism or other disabilities who are in need of behavioral therapy, along with their families and caregivers, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis. The qualified candidate will supervise the implementation of the program by the behavior staff and will monitor the progress for effectiveness, completion, compliance and overall successful achievement of grant deliverables. Expertise in program design, functional behavioral assessment, report writing, goal development, parent training, and management of employees are necessary for this position. The Program Manager will also provide direct therapy services to grant recipients as needed.
