Salary will be between $45,000 to $50,000 (based on experience)
We are seeking a seasoned Program/Data Analyst to monitor our statewide program data and outcomes in order to evaluate the success and impact of our program goals and objectives. In this position, you will be assessing program performance and measuring systems outcomes to improve or redesign systems. You will be conducting quality reviews to evaluate effectiveness of program content and assessment tools. Additionally, you will be managing statewide licensure, accreditation and grant outcomes, deliverables and deadlines. You will also create infographics and impact statements that articulate the impact of our services.
You must be able to collect and analyze data using electronic systems, identify trends, prepare reports and graphs and make recommendations for process improvement. We use multiple data systems, both internal and external. We need a professional who will be able to design methods for coordinating all that information into resources that results in high quality programming and life changing outcomes for the people we serve.
