Part-Time Case Manager

Salary is $21.54 per hour (part-time position working 10 to 25 hours per week)

About the position:

Easterseals Florida is looking to fill our Part-Time Case Manager (for children and young adults) position in Orange County.  The Case Manager works with families with children with disabilities in need of a wide variety of assistance.   This position works extensively with community partners to ensure access to needed disability services.  This is a part-time position working approximately 10 to 25 hours per week.

A snapshot of what you will be doing:

  • Providing information about supports for children with disabilities to their caregivers
  • Making referrals to community resources
  • Conducting intake assessments
  • Facilitating and hosting community education activities on topics related to disability services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social service, education, or related field and four years of experience
  • Experience/knowledge of the Orange County social service provider network
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal on-site supervision
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Must be able to meet the Easterseals Florida approved driver qualifications
