Would you like the opportunity to produce and deliver quality training programs for developing staff who work in our Treasure Coast Early Steps program? In the Training Coordinator position, you will work closely with staff, supervisors, administration, and regulatory agencies to ensure staff training success. Your expert knowledge of the Early Steps program, curriculum development and implementation skills are essential to ensure staff training success in meeting targeted outcomes. You will be assessing trainings, identifying program training needs, developing needed trainings, as well as developing/updating an annual training calendar for ESSO, FDOH, and Easterseals Florida trainings. You will use PowerPoint to develop short training videos as necessary, and you will work with the Early Steps State Office to implement new initiatives and complete quarterly training report. Additionally, you will work with staff on applying for their NPI and Medicaid numbers.
